2008 Class Information & Schedule

Preregistration deadline is August 15, taken on a first-received, first-registered basis. Check the website frequently to see what classes have filled before sending in your registration.

Any registrations postmarked August 16 or later will cost $5 more per class. Registrations at the festival will be $10 more per class.

Note: Teacher bios are coming to the website! I just ran out of time to do it before my May 1st update deadline. Please check back in a couple weeks to learn more about the experience of our great fiber teachers.

Class Descriptions

To register for a class, please do one of the following:

  • Contact Holly Shaltz, 231 582 3206, or holly@shaltzfarm.com for a festival booklet (before August 2008). Pull out the registration form in the center, fill it out, and mail it to us with your payment.

  • Print the appropriate registration forms on this site, fill it out, and mail it in with your payment.

To find out if a class still has openings, email Holly Shaltz at holly@shaltzfarm.com or call her at (231) 582 3206. Registrations are accepted on a first-paid, first-registered basis. We do not hold class spots for unpaid students.

Payment in full (class fees) is due with your completed registration form. We do not accept credit cards or online payments at this time.

You will receive a confirmation letter after your registration has been processed.

Refunds: There will be no refunds issued after September 15. Refunds prior to that are 75% of the class fee and will be issued only if a cancellation is requested in writing. If a class is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
